The successful candidate will systematically audit the performance of internal staff, field collection teams, and system automations against established company policies.

About this opportunity

Geoland Credit Limited (GCL) operates within a specialized hybrid financial model. While our front-end interfaces leverage automated credit engines, online portals, and programmatic underwriting routines, our daily workflows involve essential manual general ledger inputs, physical collateral verifications, and structured multi-partner asset management programs.

To protect the institution from operational drift, financial leakage, and regulatory non-compliance, we are seeking an exceptionally seasoned, highly self-driven  Internal Auditor & Financial Compliance Officer.

The primary mandate of this role is to serve as the ultimate guardian of institutional discipline by evaluating, testing, and enforcing absolute adherence to GCL’s internal corporate policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The successful candidate will systematically audit the performance of internal staff, field collection teams, and system automations against established company policies.

This comprehensive mandate balances digital system integrity auditing with rigorous manual financial auditing to verify balance sheet correctness, ensure manual entry accuracy, and systematically track portfolio recovery targets.
